Skilled Carpenter Needed for Custom AC Install

Looking for someone with real fine-carpentry chops for a small home project on the Upper West Side. The job: an old wall-mounted air conditioner needs to be swapped out. It's built into a window seat behind a decorative grill that was originally put in by a skilled joiner, and the goal is to fit the new unit in while keeping that original look intact. Before anything starts, I'd like a clear bid so there are no surprises once work begins. It's a fairly contained job, but it calls for real fine-carpentry skill rather than general handyman work.
