What’s involved
A New York-based experiential company that runs elevated candle-making workshops and scent experiences for corporate clients, hotels, and private events is looking for a reliable, personable event assistant to join their on-call team. What you'd do: • Show up early, polished, and professional • Help with event setup and breakdown • Welcome and interact with guests throughout • Help facilitate candle-making workshops • Keep the event space organized and clean • Help pack, transport, and organize event materials • Be able to lift and carry around 40 lbs of materials Most events run Monday-Friday, either around lunchtime or in the late afternoon/evening, with occasional weekend events. Events are mostly in NYC, with some in New Jersey and Connecticut — transportation is provided for anything outside the city. Pay is competitive hourly, on a flexible on-call schedule.
