A small residential property owner in North Brooklyn needs help keeping four buildings tidy — nothing heavy, just regular light upkeep. Each visit covers: sweeping and mopping two hallways (no more than 3 flights each), sweeping the front of two other nearby buildings, clearing leaves/weeds/trash from all four sidewalks and common areas, and occasionally a quick sweep of a basement or boiler room. The buildings are all within a few blocks of each other, so you'd walk between them if you don't drive. Visits run about 2-3 hours depending on your pace, scheduled during weekday work hours, roughly once or twice a month. This is independent contractor work, paid $75 per visit via Check or Zelle. You'll need to be able to carry a water bucket and trash bags up a few flights of stairs, and it helps if you're already based near this part of Brooklyn.
