A working photographer needs an extra pair of hands for shoots around Midtown East Manhattan, booked project by project — not a steady 9-to-5, just call when there's a shoot on the books. What the job actually involves: - Getting gear to set, setting it up, and breaking it back down when we wrap - Keeping cases and cables organized so nothing goes missing between jobs - Helping move props, backdrops, and stands around set - Keeping the shooting area tidy while we work No specific software or camera skills needed — this is about being reliable, careful with equipment, and quick on your feet. If you've assisted on any kind of shoot before, that helps, but the main thing is showing up ready to work.
