What’s involved

A kitchen in Upper Manhattan needs an experienced banquet prep chef to help get ready for a large-scale event on August 13th, with a possible second date on August 15th. You should have real catering or banquet prep experience — particularly braising large quantities of meat, since that's a big part of what's needed. Pay is $35/hour, cash.
