What’s involved

A busy waterfront bar and restaurant on the South Shore of Nassau County is hiring an experienced, professional bartender. They need someone confident behind the bar who works well under pressure, gives great customer service, and can handle a full restaurant and event environment — while staying professional with the rest of the team (servers, kitchen, support staff, management). What's required: - Professional bartending experience - Solid knowledge of cocktails, liquor, wine, and beer - Fast, accurate, consistent drink prep - Experience with a restaurant POS system - Reliable transportation and consistent attendance - Available evenings, weekends, holidays, and for special events - ATAP or TIPS certification preferred (or willing to get certified) - Full-service/high-volume restaurant experience strongly preferred Day-to-day: serving bar guests, prepping drinks for tickets, processing payments, checking ID, restocking, opening/closing duties, and keeping the bar clean and organized. Pay is hourly plus tips, based on experience and availability.
